We're always in need of more helpers at The Indy Disney Meet. Various tasks include, but are not limited to: Event Planning, Marketing, Decorating, Providing Food, Helping with Children's Activities, Cleaning, Finding Sponsors, Running Raffles, Acquiring Special Guests, Providing Entertainment and so much more.

Each year we look for sponsors to support the Annual Indy Disney Meet. In return for your sponsorship, you will receive various forms of advertising based on your level of sponsorship. 

Sponsors will need to provide a logo that is vector-based EPS or similar format for promotional usage.

While your sponsorship is valued for the full year, we do have some upcoming deadlines that will need to be met to maximize your audience exposure.


All marketing material must be submitted by July 15, 2019 to be included on any printed materials. 


Those wishing to sponsor the Meet after July 15th will be promoted on on our social media outlets.
